Louise has recently been awarded a Diploma in Councelling & Psychotherapy and is a qualified hypnotherapist having achieved a Diploma in Hypnotherapy Skills Dip Hyp CS at Reading University through Chrysalis, who are one of the UK's largest counselling and therapy trainers.
Louise has also studied and achieved a Certificate in Hypnoanalysis.
Hypnoanalysis is a technique used to discover the original cause of psychological and emotional issues. It is a method of getting to the root cause of the problem and once this is identified and treated the symptoms will permanently disappear.
Problems that can be treated by Hypnoanalysis are low self esteem, pain, anxiety, eating disorders, phobias, alcohol dependency, shyness plus many more. The reason why this treatment can help with these conditions is because they are only "symptoms" of an underlying anxiety, such as a buried trauma, emotion, shock, bereavement etc, which was not expressed at the time.
In addition Louise is a qualified Psychometric Administrator, through SHL and studied Stage One Personnel Management. Her background has been in HR and recruitment, working in various environments from graduate milk rounds and office administration to recruiting staff for off-shore platforms with British Gas. She then moved into a successful career in marketing, which included International event management and corporate hospitality.
Since having a family Louise developed a fear of flying and was successfully treated by hypnotherapy. It made her keen to learn and understand the process of hypnosis and this led her to study with Chrysalis and open a hypnotherapy practice in Bracknell.
